Agriculture
Agriculture is almost a non-existent activity in Singapore. Indeed, because Singapore is an industrial site, land farming is not allowed like any other agricultural activity. On the other hand products listed below are only farm-produce products. Most farm products are imported.
The main products are canned pineapples, Singapore produces 7,451 metrics Tonnes of it, pineapple juice (2,709 Tm), lemon juice (723 Tm), grapefruit juice (263 Tm) and orange juice (596 Tm). Farm products are roots and tubers only, the production is only 10 Tm. |
