Employment contracts


Employment contracts are regulated by legal clauses and to a lesser degree by collective agreements and individual negotiations.
The terms of employment contracts are rather rigid. However, the conditions for hiring and the limits for dismissal are not regulated.

Unions: There are three main trade unions amongst the 17 existing: the Moroccan Union of Work ( UMT), Democratic Confederation of Work ( CDT), and the General Union of Moroccan Workers ( UGTM).
